I recognized an untapped audience for NORESCO on Facebook and conducted targeted research to support a strategic expansion of our social media presence. Successfully pitched the idea to our CEO and parent company, Carrier, resulting in the launch of a NORESCO-branded Facebook page, creating a new channel to engage stakeholders, expand brand awareness, and strengthen the company’s digital footprint
For both LinkedIn and Facebook, We saw a significant 45% click-through Rate increase to our Website.
